i found the room quite spacious it featured updated amenities i appreciated the multiple dining options nearby. the casino had lower minimums so i spent some time there it was nice that getting to the front door from my room was not a long walk. the hotel staff was flexible with room arrangements for my group so we were located near each other it made our trip much easier

I liked the location, close to major attractions. the self-check-in and check-out was a convenient feature. the food options available were good. I especially liked hash house a go-go, the portions were huge!!! also, the staff were friendly and helpful.
The shower wasn't clean, and that was disappointing. also, the body wash dispenser was empty when i arrived. i think the room service schedule should be reviewed. It happened very late in the day.

the location was a standout. the promenade and proximity to events was good. there were charging points next to THE bed, a useful feature. a mini fridge and hairdryer was in the room.
the ac unit seemed neglected. a layer of grime and dust COVERED the filter. the air was not clean when the unit was on. the entrance and carpark were hard to find.

the location was perfect! walkable to everything. my beautiful room 2 doubles non-smoking was clean and well kept. the elevators to the parking area made some weird noises, perhaps maintenance is needed though the staff was good in directing me. overall, it was a very convenient experience.
